    SCREENS  161 COLLINS STREET

In collaboration with Bates Smart architects and Bronzeworks, the screens were created as part of the refurbishment of the historic T&G building in Collins St, Melbourne. The distinctive screens link the pedestrian access through the foyer to Flinders Lane whilst creating a focal point for tenants and clients to meet in an informal but retreat-like space.

Each of the 23 brass framed screens comprises 350 metres of rope hand woven to create a textural, layered surrounding to the internal atrium.

161 Collins Street refurbishment has recently won a Commendation for Public Design in the 2019 Australian Interior Design Awards.
